Be our guests in one of our two lovely Puerto Rico villas.  Our villas are comfortable, spacious and well maintained.  They are both ideally located allowing you to easily explore the island or just relax.They are both furnished with all the comforts of home and offer amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable experience.
 

These villas are very affordable  compared to rental rates at the hotels.  Now is the time to take advantage of one of our lovely vacation villas for a fraction of the cost of a hotel.

 

 

Whether your passion is golf or just relaxing on the beach,  you will be conveniently located to enjoy either or both if you prefer.  

 


The famous Luquillo beach or the relaxing Dorado beach are just minutes away.



 The nearby Westin rio Mar golf resort or the Dorado Campo de Golf are world renown golf courses and are just a few of the courses conveniently located to our Villas.   Dorado del Mar golf club is well within easy walking distance.


 

Our rates apply to both of our properties.  Whether you prefer our Penthouse Condo in the Rio Grande area or our home in Dorado del Mar, the following rates will allow you and your guests to enjoy your vacation without breaking your budget.

Rental Rates ... From  $185/night.... $1200/week ..... $3300/month
Sep 1-Dec 15.......$185/night(4 night minimum)...$1200/week.....$3300/month
Dec 15-Aug 30 ... $225/night (4 night minimum) .. $1400/week .. $4000/month.
 Christmas & New Years Weeks .................... $2100/week.
  Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

 

A 50% rental deposit is required along with a signed rental agreement to reserve your dates.

 

Tax, cleaning fees and damage deposit are extra.
